The Limited Editions are beautifully printed on a very high quality art paper, using exceptional inks which have a fade proof archive quality of 75 years, most are printed from 100 although some of the larger ones are from only 50. There are many ruins of old stone buildings and tumbledown farms from many many years ago dotted about the Dingle Peninsula, this particular one is not far from where June lived. Her daughter took her for a walk up to it a year or so ago and although there were no sheep in there at the time there was evidence that there had been. It was a perfect place to escape the wind and rain and keep your lambs safe and protected, hence the title of the painting "Shelter". It is one of Junes last paintings and is done with silk dyes on silk.
